In honor of Washington's Birthday, RR Auction's February Fine Autograph and Artifact sale opens with a remarkable assortment of nearly 200 presidential autographs, highlighted by an excessively rare William Henry Harrison document as president, an autograph letter by LBJ to the Speaker of the House, and a significant selection of free franks.
