Very Good. Spine cocked. Hinges sound. Arthur Ronnie’s aviation-themed bookplate affixed to the front free endpaper. Dust jacket is chipped, soiled and worn, with paper tape reinforcement of the folds on the verso. Accompanied by a vintage photo postcard, signed by Mr. Verdon-Roe, featuring him next to his airplane, and flying his “AVRO” tri-plane in 1909, the first all-British machine to fly in England. A scarce book on this pioneer aviator.
