Identical to the stunning pair of three-solor gold Bohlinmade spurs pictured on page 181 of James Nottage's Saddlemaker to the Stars, previous Bohlin Company David Samuels insisted that his master engravers spare no time or expense in replicating that illustrious pair with solid sterling silver spur banks engraved and then mounted with rose gold scroll work, green gold flowers, a central 3-color gold Indian Chief concho, 2" cookie-cutter rowels with inset and engraved silver washers, perimeter twisted yellow rope edge. The leather filigreed two-piece lined and laced straps are attached to swinging buttons and decorated with 13 silver buttons with rose gold nipples and a stunning 2 1/4" domed and engraved concho with a yellow gold rope edge and a rose gold nipple. The straps adjust with a 3-color gold filigreed 5/8" 3-piece buckle sets with the initial S formed in gold simulating barbed wire. Unused ocndition, circa 1999-2000. Includes a solid Oak display stand plus a solid rose gold Bohlin Seat Plate with the Name David S. Samuels. CF is Charlie Feroze. Charlie is Ahmad Khan's (AK) cousin. Charlie worked in our Shop and in his own Shop in Glendale. CF originally apprenticed for AK and later struck out on his own.
