Black cloth, spine blocked in blue and lettered in gilt. Near Fine. Spine heel slightly bumped, few light scuffs on rear board. Hinges are sound. Priced dust jacket exhibits a few light creases at corners, paper tape reinforcement of the folds on the verso. Signed by Erich Hartmann, Col. Raymond Toliver, and Trevor Constable on a large bookplate affixed to the front free endpaper. Additionally inscribed by Raymond Toliver on the half-title page, “To Art Ronnie, with best wishes and HORRIDO! Raymond Toliver, 21 Aug 1979,” and signed by Adolf Galland on the first page of the Introduction. A wonderful assemblage of signatures in this fascinating account of the top German Ace of World War II.
