Dark green pictorial cloth with embossed African continent on front boards, stamped in black and lettered in gilt. Good, bindings rubbed, corners bumped, trace of fraying at spine ends. Foxing to preliminary leaves. Ownership signature and date on endpapers of both volumes. Rear hinges starting. Two large folding maps are present in rear pockets, with toning, and small holes at the folds, and edge chips.
