Constructed of aircraft-grade aluminum and taken from an actual Lockheed L-1011 that was used to represent the Oceanic Flight 815 Boeing 777 and used as set dressing debris on LOST. This piece is part of the left wing aileron that controls the aircraft flow. First sold in the Official ABC Auction in 2010, the original aileron was 13 ft. long and was recently cut into 12 pieces specifically for this auction. Each piece is stamped with a number. This piece is #5 and measures approximately 13" x 19 3/4". Donated by Jo Garfein.
