Gun Cane Walking Stick This .410 breech loading shotgun cane is in very good condition and all original. Most cane guns were not marked. Should date from the late 1800s. Untested. It is not recommend to fire any Cane Guns, they are highly collectable. Cane is 34 1/2 " tall with a walnut shaft, horn handle and tip. Minor aged hairline fracture from trigger to end of handle. Gold colored repousse collar is folding over where shaft meets handle. Height/Length= 34.5(in), Width=N/A(in), Depth=N/A(in).

REGISTRATION: Registering is accomplished through an online auction house. All registered bidders will be accepted if they meet the standard bidder acceptance criteria.
BIDDING/BUYERS PREMIUM: ALL BIDS ARE BINDING. If you are the highest bidder, you immediately become the legal owner. A buyer's premium will be added to each item sold per the buyer's premium chart below. Bidder's and or Buyer's participation in this auction constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Bidders are cautioned to thoroughly research lots prior to bidding. All sales are final. All items are sold "As Is", "Where Is". All sales are final no credits or refunds will be given outside of these terms and conditions. Highest Bidder is the Buyer that places the highest bid and shall have the right and obligation to purchase the item.
PAYMENTS: Buyer is responsible for secure payment fees and all payments must be made in full prior to the release of merchandise.
Payment must be made in U.S. Dollars through our account at Escrow.com and Securepay.com. (Funds must clear before items are shipped. Funds will be held in 100% secure escrow until the buyer receives the lot. Secure payment processing fees will be paid 100% by the buyer as follows:
1. Wire Transfers through Escrow.com (Worldwide; approximately 3.25% total sale less than $5,000; as low as 0.89% total sale greater than $25,000)
2. Credit Card by Visa, Mastercard, or Discover through Securepay.com (United States of America ONLY; 1.99% total sale flat rate)
3. Debit or electronic check payments through Securepay.com (United States of America ONLY; 1.99% total sale flat rate).

SHIPPING: All shipping costs will be paid 100% by the buyer and arranged with the shipper. Buyer may contact Pangaea-Auctions, LLC for listing of recommended shippers. Pangaea-Auctions, LLC is not responsible for insuring the lot for shipping/crating, and is not liable for any damage during shipping. Any lots that are damaged during, or after shipping, shall not be returned to or refunded by Pangaea-Auctions, LLC under any circumstances. All shipping issues/disputes are to be handled through the shipping company. Pangaea-Auctions, LLC recommends that the buyer purchase shipping insurance from the shipping company. Pangaea-Auctions, LLC will receive 0% proceeds from shipping costs.
WARRANTIES: Pangaea-Auctions, LLC does not give any warranties on any lots sold at auction, and does not make any guarantees to the estimated value of any lot. We do not make any claims to the representations of the quality, origin, value, marketability, or age of any lots. It is up to the buyer at his/her discretion and expense to determine the market value of the lots within our auction.
AUTHENTICITY: If within 15 calendar days after the auction date, any lot the purchaser gives notice in writing to Pangaea-Auctions, LLC that the lot is counterfeit, and the purchaser within 15 calendar days after the auction date demonstrates evidence to Pangaea-Auctions, LLC by providing a legally notarized affidavits by two (2) recognized industry experts in the field of the particular lot stating that the lot is in fact counterfeit, Pangaea-Auctions, LLC will coordinate a refund from the seller to the buyer for the hammer price. In situations in which the lot can only be qualified by a single source such as the artist or represented gallery, a legal notarized affidavit must be provided within 15 days of the auction.
ARBITRATION: All disputes that cannot be resolved between the buyer and seller will be determined by the State of Nevada. Buyer expressly agrees to such Arbitration, and gives up its constitutional right to have any such dispute decided in a court of law before a jury. Such arbitration award shall be final and binding and may be taken to a court of competent jurisdiction and judgment may be entered thereon. As a bidder you are agreeing that all issues/disputes will be determined through an arbitrator and that you are giving up your right to take the dispute to a court trial.
