Bristol glass was first made in the 17th century (1800) in Bristol, England, during the Victorian period. The glass is semi-opaque. The enamel decoration is a floral design in delicate hues of pink and moss green. The vases are handblown as you can see the breakage point on the bottom. The scalloped edges on the top give the vase a delicate appearance. The opening space for flowers is 1-3/4 inches.
