Each aqua ground waisted vase with pierced domed cover with finial of a seated cupid with floral garland, two scrolling foliate handles and a circular pedestal foliate scroll footed base, one side hand-painted with garden flowers in reserve, the other side with pastoral landscape, decorated lavishly with gilding (both ck, slight wear to gilding, one cherub mend B).Height 44 cm. (17 3/8 in.).Literature: These vases are described as model no. 219, the -new vase+ in G. A.
