This form of decanter was very popular in the 1950's. There was a set, a man and a woman. This decanter, with the man, held Creme De Menthe and the lady held Creme De Coco. The decanter is 8 1/2" tall. The face of the man, and the hat, the eye are done very nicely. The stopper comes off smoothly and fits perfectly without any wobbling. There is no damage to the decanter. Since, I can only show four photos, I cannot show you all the labels. There are five original labels still attached to this decanter. One is on the back of the head. One is on the bottom of the decanter that is marked "Made in Czechoslovakia" You can still see that it retains the liquor authority label with numbers. There is still some traces of wax that sealed the contents of the liquor still present on the top of the bottle. This is a great find and a great collectible piece. These decanters also came in crackle glass. At one time, I had the entire set with the original boxes also.
