The work is unsigned, but is clearly to the highest quality of the time. Orig. crimson morocco with elaborate gt. panels, borders and inner dentelles. Some wear to extremities. <I>Hime was Medical Officer of Health in Bradford at the time, and this address was presented to him by the medical practicioners of the area in recognition of his work in containing and controlling infectious diseases.,
