For the convenience of our customers, we make all necessary shipping arrangements. Shipping through USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. We ship within 14 (fourteen) business days of payment clearing, excluding weekends and holidays. Handling fees apply and range $7-45 depending on the size/fragility of the order.

By bidding, you agree to ALL terms below. All bids are binding.
1. All Sales Final
All items sold AS IS / WHERE IS. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason. Descriptions and photos are opinions only—buyers must request additional information/condition reports before bidding.
2. Payment
Payment due within 3 days of receiving your invoice.
If payment is not made within 3 days, item availability is NOT guaranteed and items may be re-listed or re-sold.
No auto-charges. All payments must be completed manually through the invoice.
3. Shipping
Buyer pays all shipping and handling unless otherwise specified. A mandatory handling fee of $7–$45 applies per invoice (based on the amount of items shipped, size/fragility).
Risk transfers to buyer once the item is shipped. Carrier tracking is proof of shipment. We are not responsible for delays, loss, theft, misdelivery, or customs issues after carrier possession.
4. Bidding Rules
All bids are final and cannot be retracted. Auctioneer may reject bids or withdraw items at any time. We are not responsible for platform errors, internet issues, missed bids, or absentee bids not executed.
5. Non-Payment
Unpaid invoices may result in cancellation, blocked bidding privileges, and/or referral to collections.
Collections include invoice total, fees, attorney’s costs, and any applicable interest.
6. Chargebacks
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Filing a chargeback for any false or unsupported reason will result in permanent ban, legal action, and recovery of all associated costs.
7. Governing Law
All disputes governed by Texas law and resolved exclusively in Texas courts.
Bidding on any platform constitutes full acceptance of all terms above.
We employ experts from a variety of antique, vintage, and collectible fields including a staff certified appraiser. We carefully examine the items, their condition, and describe every item and its specifics to the best of our ability. We do not make any warranties or representations, expressed or implied, regarding the correctness of description, attribution, provenance, period, culture, age, source, origin, authenticity, or condition of any item sold. All statements, written and oral, are the opinions only of Southwestern Gallery and Auctions. All questions regarding specifics of items listed should be asked prior to the auction. All sales are final, nor returns, refunds, or exchanges.
The Buyer's Premium will be 20% of the purchase price.
The Southwestern Style Gallery and Auctions reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to reject any opening bid, if they deem unacceptable or too low. The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any property prior to the sale.
All items are sold to the highest bidder. In a situation of multiple bids of the same value on the same item, the decision will be at the discretion of the Southwestern Gallery and Auctions.
Once the auctioneers announce "sold", the property is deemed sold and the responsibility is transferred to the winning bidder.
All questions regarding items prior to auction will be answered within 1-2 business days.
