Packing & Shipping is available for an additional charge of $10 for the first item which includes an appropriate shipping container and packing materials, and $5 per additional item, plus the actual cost for mailing. All shipments will be charged to your credit card unless other arrangements are made. Packages are sent via Canada Post. International shipments may be subject to customs/import fees/duties and they are the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment Details:
Payment is expected within 36 hours of auction close. If payment is outstanding after 36 hours, we will charge the credit card on file (a 3% credit card fee would also apply). Payment should be arranged before pick-up or shipment.

Winning Bid: The high bidder of a lot will be the buyer of the lot. The lot price will be the sum of 1) the price at which the item sold, plus 2) A buyer’s premium of 15%, plus 3) all applicable sales taxes.

All advertising (including pictures and description) are to be used as a guide only. We will do our best to picture and describe any flaws or damage to an item; but bidders should rely on their own expertise as to the condition, identity, attribution and authenticity prior to bidding on any items. The consignor and/or Annabella Auction House will not be held responsible for errors in the description or pictures.
When bidding on our online auctions, you are committing to purchase any items where you are the highest bidder. This purchase is legally binding. The Auctioneer shall regulate the bidding and shall be the sole arbiter of any disputes. In the event of any dispute, the auctioneer’s decision will be final and binding.
All goods become the responsibility of the high bidder once the auction has ended. In the event of loss due to fire, theft, or any other reason while in the auctioneers possession, the consignor and/or Annabella Auction House shall not be deemed liable for the return of any deposits or payments made by the purchaser.
Payment must be made in full within 36 hours of auction end and all items should be picked up or shipping arrangements made within one week of auction end unless other arrangements are made. City wide delivery available. After 36 hours, we will charge the credit card on file. Bidders who require shipping may experience a 3-7 day packaging/processing time. Your items will be packaged, and shipping will be an additional charge for the actual cost of shipping plus packing time/fees. After one week for local pick up, a storage fee of $5 per day, per item will apply. Any goods left longer than 4 weeks will be considered abandoned.
