<B>Zachary Taylor Shaving Mirror.</B></I> 65mm pewter encased mirror with raised bust of Taylor looking to the right, inscribed "Major General Zachariah Taylor." The backside has a loop and easel, inscribed "<I>B C 1844. Brevete A Paris sans garantie du gouvernt</B></I>." Excellent. These were produced in France, imported, and used for the election of 1848.
