After being sent by Stalin to Kiev to prepare Russian defenses against the probability of an attack by German forces, Zhukov prepares for the conflict by ordering that all military academies and schools, infantry and cavalry divisions, aviation corps and warehouses submit detailed inventories of all equipment and supplies onhand, with the responsible parties named. Boldly signed at conclusion, also signed by GERMAN K. MALANDIN (1894-1961) who would later be promoted to lieutenant general and serve as Timoshenko's Chief of Staff. File holes in left margin, some slight edge wear, generally very good.
