Celebrated Canadian photographer (1908–2002) best known for his portraits of the leading cultural, scientific, and political figures of his time, including Albert Einstein, Winston Churchill, and Ernest Hemingway. Glossy 5 x 8 double weight photo of Karsh leaving church with his new wife Estrellita Maria Nachbar, signed and inscribed in the lower border in black ink “For: Mrs. Sylvia Berman, with the good wishes of Estrellita and Yousuf Karsh 1964.” In very good condition, with scattered edge creases, surface impressions, and a paperclip impression to right edge.
