<B>The Yellow Claw #1 (Atlas, 1956) CGC FN+ 6.5 Cream to off-white pages.</B></I> How many <I>villains</B></I> can you name who had their own series, and how many of those made their first appearance in their own book? The Yellow Claw may well have been the first, and this was the only issue of the run to have art by Joe Maneely. Also making his first appearance was Jimmy Woo, whom we'd know as a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent a decade or so later. The only copy graded higher is a 7.0. Overstreet 2006 FN 6.0 value = $288; VF 8.0 value = $600.
