Watercolor portrait of a woman (with Martinez self-portrait sketch on back). 2.-3.) Profile of Elsie, and another unidentified. 4.) Sitting nude (laid down/mounted on cardboard). 4.-7.) Series of woman dancing (three). 8.-9.) Two self-portrait sketches, one titled "Taking Temperature", showing Micaela Martinez taking her sick father's temperature, dated Jan & Feb 1929. Signature: Five drawings signed with monogram, one with monogram stamp. Date Created: c. 1900s-1920s. Size: Signed works ranging from 7in x 5 1/2in to 12in  9in. Medium/Ground: Charcoal/Conte crayon, watercolor, ink, pencil on paper. Condition: Overall good; some toning, spotting/soiling. Nude sketch is laid down on cardboard. Together with a small unsigned profile sketch, two printed images of paintings (including one identified as Martinez's work for the cover of Sunset Magazine, 1904), and a plate/copy of a Picasso drawing, with a quote on art in Martinez's hand. The works with a marbled paper folder with monogram and "clouds" (unrelated to the contents/likely associated with other works/series).
