The first is the cover to a 1986 issue of the <B>Chicago Cartoon</B></I> by Terry Laban. Next are two pieces by the artist who calls himself XNO from the same issue; one is an adorably rough strip called Yuk 'N' Yike, while the next is a detailed work that is definitely for adult eyes only. Also included is a political cartoon from the same issue by Jim Siergey that has cameos from Popeye, Nixon, the Skipper, Flipper, and the Gipper. Very Cool! The cover measures 9" x 12" with an image area of 6.5" x 10". The other pieces are each around 8.5" x 7". Kick start your underground art collection with this group of four! <B>Estimate: $300-up</B> </FONT></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE><BR><!--<a name="PricesRealized"></a> <table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" bgcolor="#000000"> <tr> <td width="100%"> <table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="1" cellpadding="3"> <tr> <td width="100%" bgcolor="#79735C"> <a name="PR"> <font face="arial" size="3" color="#FFFFFF"> <b>Previous Prices from Heritage Auctions</b> </td> </tr> <tr> <td bgcolor="#F6F6ED"> No Prior Data Recorded </td> </tr> <tr> <td bgcolor="#FFFFFF"> <font face="arial" size="1""> PLEASE NOTE: All prices realized reflect the final hammer price PLUS the buyer's premium in auctions that charge a buyer's premium. On occasion eBay live bid software cannot keep up with the pace of the auctions where 4-5 lots per minute can hammer down, so we recommend that you place a realistic absentee bid now as insurance to avoid disappointment.
