With the X-Men, Subby, and the Brotherhood (including Quicksilver and the Scarlet Witch) on hand, there was plenty to draw for artist Jack Kirby (who did the cover and the interior). Marvel Girl fans will be interested to know that she gets a new mask here... alas, the "Black Cat" style only lasted two issues before she went back to a unisex skullcap. Overstreet 2006 NM- 9.2 value = $925.
