<B>World's Finest Comics #53 (DC, 1951) CGC VF 8.0 Off-white pages.</B></I> DC made it hard on collectors of this title to keep a nice copy -- first there were the cardboard covers and square bound format, then there were the issues (#54 was the last) with the 76-page format. To date, CGC hasn't awarded a grade higher than VF+ for this issue, making this one of the finest copies around, with cover colors that are rich and bright, and a spine that's as flat as a 76-pager's can be! The cover is by Win Mortimer. Wayne Boring and Dick Sprang contributed story art. Overstreet 2006 VF 8.0 value = $350.
