It's right here in this issue, drawn by Bob Kane and Jerry Robinson. Also included in this whopping square bound mag are the Sandman's first adventure in the title, Johnny Thunder's last, and a Superman story as well. The CGC slab erroneously lists the Fred Ray cover as a Jack Burnley. Gerber rates this issue a 6, or "uncommon." Overstreet 2006 VG 4.0 value = $658; FN 6.0 value = $987.
