Ironically, while this noble cause did help the war effort, it also consumed tons of early comic books. Fortunately, this beautiful specimen survived. Contents include a Boy Commandos story by Simon & Kirby. Overstreet 2007 VF/NM 9.0 value = $1,394; NM- 9.2 value = $1,925.
