Four items: ink signatures of “H. L. Scott,” affixed to a larger card, “Richmond Pearson Hobson” (ins), and “George Dewey,” on individual off-white slips, ranging in size from 4 x 1.5 to 4.25 x 5.75; and an ALS signed “Beatty, Admiral of the Fleet,” S. Y. Sheelah letterhead, no date. In a letter to the King of Sinaia, Beatty writes, in full: “Having arrived in your beautiful country on this auspicious day I respectfully tender your majesty the good wishes of all aboard his Yacht Sheelah for your continued good health and prosperity.” In very good condition, with scattered creasing, soiling, foxing, and pieces of tape.
