Collection of four original color World War II posters from 1942–1943 (one undated), ranging in size from 14 x 20 to 24 x 36. The first shows a sailor looking through a porthole, reading”This man may die if you talk too much”; the second encourages families to learn more about wartime nutrition, with a large red central circle which reads, “guard your family’s health!”; the third bears a list featuring five ways Americans can “Help stop fuel waste”; and the fourth is a Canadian poster which portrays two sailors subduing a German submarine amid rough seas, and reads, “Men of Valor—They fight for you.” In overall fine condition, with expected storage folds, partial separations, and slight creasing to edges.
