Collection of four original color World War II posters from 1943–1945, ranging in size from 20 x 14 to 25.75 x 37. The first features an enlarged photo of a dairy farm that advocates putting a portion of every milk check into war bonds, and reads, “Milk and money—Vital for Victory!”; the second is a Treasury Department poster which shows a man and woman holding up an unfilled office chart used for recording war bond sales; the third quotes a message from President Franklin D. Roosevelt to Congress on January 7, 1943 on a bold blue background; and the fourth is a patriotic-colored war message, reading, “Hurry! Buy More Bonds thru Payroll–Savings.” In overall fine condition, with expected storage folds, partial separations, and minor ink smudging, and toned tape remnants to top and bottom edges, with tack holes and some paper loss to top corners of the dairy farm.
