Collection of four original color World War II posters from 1942–1945 (one undated), ranging in size from 11 x 17 to 21 x 28. The first shows two school girls looking at a nurse in uniform, encouraging enlistment in the US Cadet Nurse Corps; the second shows a man looking out his frozen window and reads, “All fuel is scarce / Plan for winter now”; the third announces a Government-imposed weekly consumption plan for meat products; and the fourth shows two soldiers in a fox hole attempting to deliver a radio message, reading, “Their Message To You…Stop Accidents To Stop Lost Time.” In overall fine condition, with expected storage folds (with small separations), some toned tape to edges, and two tack holes to the top corners of the nurse poster.
