Very fine overall with 80% of the parkerized finish overall with edge and high spot wear overall, with finish loss on the front ends of the slide and front frame extension. The grips are very fine with nice checkering on both sides and minor handling marks. The holster is good with clear markings showing age cracking in various areas of the leather surface. The markings are clear and distinct.
