Signers are: Frank Kappeler, David Thatcher and Davy Jones (Doolittle Raiders); Robert Maxwell, Hershel Williams, Daniel Inouye, Barney Hajiro, Walter Ehlers, Russell Dunham, Charles Coolidge, Melvin Biddle, Van Barfoot, Ralph Wandery, Ed Wendorf, John Zink, Donald Strait, Spike Borley, Ben Amsden, Donald Bryan and James Tapp (Medal of Honor recipients); Robin Olds, Harold Comstock, James Kasler, Steve Piscanos, Alden Rigby, Paul Wiedorfer and Arthur Jackson (Aces); John Newman, Paul Goodyear and Herb Weatherwax (Pearl Harbor survivors); Abie Abraham and Charles Dragich (Bataan Death March survivors); Jim Whittaker (POW and worker on the Bridge over the River Kwai); Douglas Canning (pilot on the Yamamoto mission); Bill Overstreet (Berlin Express pilot); George Koskimaki (Screaming Eagles); Arthur Leenerman (reverse of a 3.5 x 2 ‘survivor’ card), Gerald Poor, James Walston, George Whiting, George Horvath, Louis “Kayo” Erwin, and Lloyd Barto (USS Indianapolis survivors); Eldrige Williams, Fred Johnson, Eugene Derricotte, and William DeFour (Tuskegee Airmen); and Ed Harper and Thomas Emrich (Blacksheep Squadron). In fine condition with some of the cards inscribed or the signers having added pertinent details about their lives in the war.
