World War II Canadian Inglis Mark I* Semi-Automatic Pistol

This is a late production version manufactured by the Inglis factory in Canada. It has the fixed front and rear sight with no stock slot in the back strap. The slide has the two line, markings of: "Mk I*/BROWNING -FN 9MM HP-INGLIS CANADA". The right side of the pistol has the stacked serial number "6T390" on the frame slide and barrel, along with a partial Canadian Broad Arrow C proof and the Crossed Sceptre proofs on the frame and slide. It is fitted with checkered black plastic grips and is complete with one WWII "JI" marked magazine.

Manufucture: Inglis
Model: No2 MKI
BBL: 4 1/2 inch round
Stock:
Guage: 9 mm Luger
Finish: parkerized
Grips: black checkered plastic
Serial Number: 6T390

Very fine with 98% of the arsenal parkerized finish overall with minor finish loss due to cycling the slide and action. The grips are very fine with nice distinctive checkering, showing minor handling marks. As noted this fine example has matching numbers on the frame, slide and barrel.
