TLS, one page, 5.25 x 7.75, October 13, 1895. Letter to Mr. John D. Adams, in part: "I think that the map of tidewater Virginia, which you have, will abundantly suffice for the first article, and that the map of the French and English colonies as a whole will go much better with the second article; and I hope that you will go forward with the plan of which you speak." In fine condition. An unusually early letter from Wilson, written during his days as a professor at Princeton University.
