Governor Wilson writes to the Honorable William Sulzer, in full: “The Reverend Henry Colin Minton is one of the most highly esteemed citizens of Trenton. He is Pastor of the oldest Presbyterian Church in the City and a man prominent in all good works.” In very good condition, with a central horizontal and vertical fold, some light creasing, a staple mark below the embossed insignia, and some trivial mirroring of the text over the signature. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope.
