A brief letter to a Mr. S.C. Irving of Chicago, Illinois: "<I>Please accept my warmest thanks for your very generous message. It is such things that keep a man in heart.</B></I>" Wilson had married Edith Galt on December 18, and is likely responding to congratulations received on his wedding.
