Lot of three items regarding President Woodrow Wilson's life insurance policy. In a typed letter signed as President on White House stationery dated 22 September 1917 Wilson states ''...I do not care to take out any additional insurance...'' and requests the beneficiary of his policy be changed to his new wife Edith Bolling Wilson. 7'' x 8.75'' letter in very good condition. Also includes two index cards with information on Wilson's $10,000 policy and a typed letter signed by Edith Wilson on mourning stationery after Wilson's death.
