Rare typed letter signed by Woodrow Wilson as President regarding his passion, the League of Nations. Letter dated 28 February 1919 on White House letterhead reads in part, ''My dear President Fell…I am sure that you can render a great deal of aid in making clear the interest of the world in the matter of the League of Nations…'' Signed in full ''Woodrow Wilson'' to his friend, St. John's College President Thomas Fell. Single-page letter measures 7'' x 9''. Single mailing fold and tape residue to corners, otherwise very good.
