<B>Beautiful Woodrow Wilson Military Appointment.</B></I> Partly printed document signed as President, on vellum, Aug. 10, 1919.15" x 20". Signed in full by Woodrow Wilson and countersigned by Secretary of War Baker. The large Blue War Department Seal is in tact with a minor chip missing. This Wilson military appointment boasts a beautiful vignette of an American eagle with an olive branch in it's left talon and arrows in it's right, symbolic of peace and military strength.
