No wonder Overstreet gave this cover art its "classic" designation. The other contributing artists are no slouches -- Will Eisner and Bob Powell both contributed to the issue. The most prominent name character-wise is the Flame, who's seen on Fine's dynamite cover. CGC notes, "Restoration includes: small amount of glue on spine of cover."
