Condition of items vary. We welcome email and telephone inquiries as to condition prior to the auction. Some items might have some staining, slight or pulled thread wear, rubbed places, etc. due to normal wear and tear. Any exceptional wear will be noted in the description of each item.
Wire Windmill & Water Tank Sculpture. The base is a horse shoe with barbed wire construction, windmill are hand-forged square nails. Entire piece measures approx. 18'' tall, with a base of 10'' including the water tank. Buyers Pay Actual Shipping and Handling Charges(see terms and conditions for more information).

*** If an item is materially different than was described by the Seller, Buyer shall have 48 hours from the date the property is received to notify the Seller. After the 48 hour period all items are considered as is, without recourse. No buyers premium or shipping will be re-embursed on items returned for any reason.
*** By bidding in this auction you are entering a binding legal contract to pay for your items within 1 week of the close of the auction. Non payment will result in a non pay warning. Items not paid for upon the non pay warning, will be relisted for resale within 10 days. You represent that you are over the age of 21 and can enter into legal contracts.
*** The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser, regardless of the time the bids were placed. In the event of a tie between bidders, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after sale, the Company's sale record shall be conclusive in all respects.
*** Specific Lot Questions: If you have any questions regarding an items, send an email or call with your questions prior to bidding. All inquiries regarding lots for sale must be received 24 hours prior to the start of the auction. Please register to bid and logon 2 hour before the start time, 10am MDT.

If paying by Paypal, Winning bidders must log on to the PayPal web site directly and request payment to be sent to desertwest@desertwestauction.com. or wait for the paypal invoice that will be sent after the initial invoicing. New Mexico Sales Tax will be charged on items delivered within New Mexico, unless an NTTC is on file at our office.
