Winchester model 70, .30-06 caliber pre-64 Supergrade rifle, serial #42659. The rifle is mounted with a Weaver K4 scope on Redfield mounts screwed into factory tap holes. The rear sight has been replaced with a folding non-Winchester rear sight in the original barrel dovetail. The stock shows quick detachable sling swivels and leather sling attached. The metal surfaces show 90-95% original blue. The stocks are good to very good with a white-line recoil pad added. The stock measures 12-3/4” to the end of the wood, 14” to the end of the recoil pad. The rifle is in very good condition just showing some normal use and carry during hunting. Action good, bore very good. =From the Robert Petersen Collection. Est: $1,100 -2200
