Winchester model 1894 special order deluxe rifle, 22” round barrel, takedown frame, half magazine, select checkered burl walnut stock, pistol grip, hard-rubber shotgun buttplate, .30-30 caliber, serial #160125. Factory letter confirms features. The barrel and magazine tube show 85-95% original blue, some thinning at the edges and takedown areas. The forend cap shows 60% toning blue. The takedown collar that meets the action has gone to patina with traces of blue. The frame shows 30-40% thinning original blue drifting to patina with some pinprick pitting and discoloration where finish is lost. The loading lever and hammer show 45-50% case hardening with some vibrant areas, the markings are sharp, the edges are crisp, the barrel is tight on the frame. The stock shows a pronounced burl wood grain, checkering is crisp, the stock has been lightly refreshed with correct type reapplication of varnish. The action is crisp, the bore is near excellent. Shorter than standard deluxe rifles are scarce and desirable. Est: $3,000 - $6,000

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
