Winchester model 1894, 26” octagon barrel rifle, full magazine, crescent butt, .38-55 caliber, serial #13215. The rifle has been cleaned and draw-filed and serial numbers refreshed. The stocks are refinished, the sights are later additions. Shows early barrel address, markings, good action, bore slightly rough. These pre-1898 94’s went to Alaska for the gold-rush and were advertized as the Klondike rifle by Winchester. This old veteran looks like it saw hard use on the Alaskan frontier and all the way up and back on a hard road. Est: $350 - $700
