Winchester model 1886 special order rifle, 26” round barrel, takedown frame, half-magazine, smooth pistol grip stocks, hard-rubber buttplate, mounted for sling swivel, mounted with Lyman tang sight. 33caliber. Serial #157652. The rifle remains in good to very good condition with 40-60% evenly thinning and toning blue finish, the stocks have been lightly revarnished but still have good wood to metal fit with onlyslight sanding. The markings are good, the action is good, the bore is very good. The original hard-rubber buttplate has been changed. The sling swivel mounts are old dealer additions, and no sling swivelsincluded.
