Winchester Pre-64 model 70, early production, .220 Swift caliber, serial #5770. Rifle remains in very good plus condition to near fine, showing 95% to 98% original blue, just thinning slightly at the muzzle and edges ofmagazine. The stocks are very good plus with a couple of minor marks and bruises, some minor scratches, slight handling, and minor use. The rifle retains its original milled steel buttplate. Sling swivels retained, rear sight dovetail has been plugged, front sight and cover removed. Rifle is mounted with Leupold 2x7 power scope on Redfield mounts. Action is crisp, bore very good plus and still bright. One of the scarcer calibers inthe model 70 and very early production. Est: $1,100 - $2,200
