Winchester Pre-64 model 70 bolt-action rifle, .375 H&H magnum rifle, serial #296200. The rifle remains in very good plus to near fine condition showing 92-95% original finish, just slightly drifting on the edges and aging slightly. The barrel is mounted with a non-factory two-leaf folding rear sight, the type favored for big game. The rifle is mounted with a Weaver 14-1 Microtrack scope on Redfield mounts, which are in the original factory tap holes. The stock is very good plus with some slight wear, scratches, and storage type marks. Show original Winchester recoil pad and factory sling swivels and factory front sight cover. Action is good,bore near excellent and shows little use. Model 70 is always desirable in this caliber and early production. Est: $1,250 - $2,500
