Winchester Model 69A Bolt Action Rifle 22 lr c/w Scope

The Winchester Model 69A is a bolt-action.22 caliber repeating rifle first produced
in 1935 by the Winchester Repeating Arms Company.
It was marketed as Winchester's mid-priced bolt-action rimfire sporting rifle, positioned
above inexpensive single-shot rifles such as the Model 68 and beneath the
prestigious Model 52.
Model 69/69A were sold with both a short and Long Rifle until circa 1950.

It has a 5 shot magazine.

Action Type: Manually Cocked Single Shot Bolt Action Rifle

Markings: The left side of the barrel is marked with the standard Winchester marking
(see picture)

Barrel Length: 25 inch

Sights / Optics: This rifle is mounted with a Bushnell Banner 4 Power Scope - comes
complete with original Iron sights.

Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is wood. There are a few small
marks, but surprisingly no scrapes or gouges. The stock may have been refinished.
LOP measures 13 1/4 in from the front of the trigger to the rear of the butt, which has
a Winchester manufactured butt plate that appears as if it was new

Bore Condition: The bore is almost bright and the rifling is good.

Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 90% of its metal finish.
The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Very Good condition for its age
and condition.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly.
