Winchester Model 21 side by side shotgun, cal. 12 Gauge, Serial #24297. The shotgun is in overall excellent condition, showing nearly all of its blued finish. The shotgun has been expertly engraved by Winchester Custom shop engraver, JohnKusmit in game scene and scroll depicting a bird dog, pheasant and grouse. The shotgun comes with a copy of the book, “Winchester’s Finest, The Model 21” by Ned Schwing. Inside the book, John Kusmit has inscribed and autographed the book tothe consigner. The finely checkered, custom wood stocks are in excellent condition showing beautiful graining and figure, with a 14 ½” length of pull. The shotguns 28” barrels feature a full length, filed rib and silver bead front sight.The trigger guard is inlayed in gold with the intials TLC and the buttstock ends in a Winchester marked hard rubber butt plate. The bores are fine, the action tight and markings crisp on this beautiful Model 21. (Modern/PPT). Est.$7,000-$14,000.
