Vintage slide action repeating shotgun chambered for 2 3/4” 20 gauge shells. Manufactured in New Haven, CT circa 1912, first year of manufacture. Features a blued finish, 24” plain take-down barrel with adjustable Poly-Choke installed, marked “FULL”, brass bead front sight, 6 round tube magazine, smooth curved trigger, cross-bolt safety, polished bolt, polished carrier, single action bar, grooved walnut slide handle and smooth semi-pistol grip shoulder stock with checkered plastic buttplate & factory grip cap. 13 1/2” LOP. There is a pretty good hand carved head of a 10-point stag on the left buttstock, been there a long time. Shotgun retains approximately 70% of its blued finish showing handling wear, mostly on the receiver, friction wear on the tube and numerous scratches on the receiver. The action is mechanically sound but stiff, needs oil, the bore is very good, bright and the walnut stocks are very good/sound.
