carbine with 20" half round half octagon barrel and takedown feature. Barrel, butt plate, magazine tube and receiver with a bright silver finish, traces of blue visible in and around rear sight and end of barrel at receiver, and rear of bottom tang. Takedown lever, hammer and lever have been re case hardened. Stocks refinished, fore cap in nickel. No letter available for this serial range, tip of muzzle to front sight measures approx. 1/2" inch., 3/8" to magazineband, the fore stock 9 3/8" . Firm action with good bore. Manufactured in 1908. FFL required.
