Winchester Model 1885 High Wall single shot target rifle, re-barreled to .40-90 Sharps cal., 31” heavy round barrel with scope mounts, adjustable hooded spirit level front sight, adjustable Vernier tang sight, double set triggers, blue andcase hardened finish, original forend and replacement butt stock with Pachmayr hard rubber butt pad, #77894. This gun is in fine condition as currently set up with the majority of its blue finish showing on the barrel and approx. 90%original case colors on the receiver; the bore is fine the action crisp and the wood is fine. The gun is importantly accompanied by its original pistol grip butt stock and steel butt plate which are in very good + condition showing some minorold mars and scratches from carry and storage with most of its original finish and original hard rubber pistol grip cap. The original gun’s .40-60 half round/half octagon 30” barrel is also included showing the majority of its blue, sharpmarkings including a VP in circle on rear flat near the breech and a fine bore.
