Winchester Model 1885 High Wall, .38 cal. W. C. F. (marked .38-40 cal), 28" octagon standard weight barrel, single set trigger, #913, shows early faceted breech with hand engraved barrel marking. Dark brown patinafinish, some light to slightly heavy pitting on barrel, good sharp frame, good markings, good wood with some wear and marks to the forend, front sight reduced slightly, trigger broken and adjustment screw removed, borefair with some even wear. A low number and unusual High Wall. Confirmed by factory letter. Est.: $800-$1,600

We are open Tuesday thru Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Little John's will be closed the Friday after the auction. Preview on October 27th 7 28th 9:00 to 11:00 am each day.

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
